Hypothesis HF4460 verified: introduced March 18, 2026 (Rep. Huot). MMA and the ambulatory surgery center association support it; the Minnesota Association of Nurse Anesthetists opposes. MMA's letter explicitly states Minnesota lacks statutory authorization for CAAs. Check for 2027 reintroduction if it dies at session end.
